Katy is a highly experienced coach and training facilitator, she loves to support individuals to recognise their unique talents so that they can use them both on a personal and business level. Her passion is helping businesses create great workplace culture, so that employees can go to work feeling happy, which then results in them telling others that they love the businesses they work for. In return the customer satisfaction is then impacted positively too.
Katy’s corporate career journey of over 20 years, gave her numerous opportunities to develop her own leadership, coaching and training knowledge and skills. This journey has led Katy to set up her own coaching and training business called Anotherway.
Katy’s friends and family always comment on the amount of energy and positivity that she gives off and this helps Katy build long lasting, strong relationships with others. With a Call Centre back ground she has the ability to support leaders to challenge their own work ethics, so that they too can build trusting and valuable relationships with their colleagues and customers (Previously described as this the paradigm shift for many leaders). The personal development that Katy delivers has also been commended for supporting individuals in building stronger personal relationships too, which is always a win/win outcome.
Katy’s self-employment journey has given her the opportunity to work with both 121 coaching clients who wish to improve their own personal and business outcomes, plus experience to deliver unique training and coaching programmes within the business sector. Whilst working on her own business, Katy has also worked as an associate delivering Leadership Development, Sales and Customer Care knowledge and skills to national companies.
