She developed her "Selling Made Easier" programme to ensure People hit their sales target in the quickest and simplest way possible. Crafting sales strategies with over 600 Md’s / Owners in the past 17 years and then ensuring they translate this practically and quickly to hit their growth targets.
Hayley designs and delivers commercial sales training programmes for her clients. Her commercial focus is underpinned by a first class degree in Marketing and she is a member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.

With 30 years Sales and Marketing experience I have developed innovative and simple ways to improve sales in small, ambitious North West Companies. I have coached, cajoled and mentored over 600 MD’s in the last 17 years.
In my sales career my most challenging sales target was £ 1 million selling “stretchy rubber bits” in the automotive aftermarket in Europe. Since 2001 my clients have had challenging sales targets too and my business consultancy has delivered coaching, mentoring and training to help them. I design and deliver commercial training programmes for my clients, LCC, Boost, Universities and Colleges.
